Aquafer

Aquafer

The Aquafer is USEMCO’s below ground water booster pump station that is designed for continuous human occupancy and is not classified as a confined space for routine entry. We build a wide commercial grade stairway entrance for easy entry into the station from ground level eliminating old style ladder entry.

Below grade solve the issues of appearance, exterior maintenance and vandalism. The interior is well lit and totally climate controlled with heat, powered ventilation, and dehumidifiers that provides the suitable environment for operators and today’s VFD controls.

Valve selections are varied and determined by the design conditions. Flow metering is available utilizing turbine, propeller, or magnetic models. Control systems may utilize telemetry, tank level controls, pressure switches, or PLC’s with pressure transmitters and /or flow sensors.

Piping is fusion-bonded epoxy interior with an epoxy coated exterior. Pump selections include end suction; split case, multi-stage or turbines. Our design makes maintenance easy with bridge cranes, monorail and service tubes for equipment handling and removal.

Whether you are filling a tank or trying to maintain pressure, the Skid Pak water booster pump station is custom designed and factory tested to meet your unique applications.

Pump selections include end suction; split case, multi-stage or turbines. Motor controls include VFD’s, reduced voltage solid state starters, or conventional across the line. Valve selections are varied and determined by the design conditions. Flow metering is available utilizing turbine, propeller, or magnetic models.

Control systems may utilize telemetry, tank level controls, pressure switches, or PLC’s with pressure transmitters and /or flow sensors. Piping exterior is epoxy coated with a fusion-bonded epoxy interior.

Mini Pak

Mini Pak

The Mini Pak is ideal for small booster applications when economy is a priority or when conditions call for lower flow and the pump station will be exposed to the elements. The Mini Paks textured fiberglass enclosure features a 1″ foam insulation board bonded to the interior surface and sealed with a gel coat finish. This low profile station arrives at your jobsite pre-tested complete with control panel, heater, and blower.

Valve and Meter Vaults

Valve and meter vaults incorporate our walk in stairway. The stairs make access easy and safe for your employees. Our design has the majority of the stairway exterior of the station so there is maximum room in the valve and meter area. The base is shimmed from the factory to insure proper drainage to the sump. An as with all of our stations they are not classified as a confined space for routine entry.
